She visits the house daily to check on progress. She sends you regular status updates with pictures and video so you are in the loop the entire time.
Our Transaction Coordinator is responsible for sending out documents and contracts for signature and triple checking everything to ensure all is in order.
Extensive Experience in Probate
I have been a realtor for over 10 years, and early on I saw a need for probate specialization. I decided to make properties in probate my niche and have made this my primary focus ever since. Many people who become an executor or administrator of an estate generally have a lot on their plate. Usually, the largest asset they have to sell is the house that the decedent owned.
